2026 Honda Passport

The service department was great. Scott and all of the other staff members I encountered were kind, thorough, and transparent. I did not buy my Honda here but needed some work done through my warranty. They were so helpful for the whole process.

I was in the market for a 2025 Pilot and they had the Touring model and color we were interested in. Test drove the car on two separate occasions with no pressure to purchase. The salesman was knowledgeable on all the features and answered our questions without hesitation. Considered making the deal but my wife was disappointed that it didn’t have a heated steering wheel. No problem, the sales staff offered to have one installed. Now that’s how you make a customer happy! A few minutes later we had negotiated a deal where we were both comfortable and left with our new Pilot. This was a great car buying experience- thanks Honda of Annapolis, you’re the best.

Honest, knowledgeable and fair. My daughter took her car into them. This was her first experience handling her car on her own. They took very good care of her. John treated her like she was his daughter and explained things in detail. He was patient and kind. They also communicated with me the issues and worked with us to get everything taken care of. Very impressed with the service department!
