West Herr Honda in Lockport was great to work with. Robin was very accommodating and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. They made the whole process seamless and easy. When I picked up the car, she went over many of the features on the vehicle. She helped hook my phone up and tried to connect my Google maps, but my cord didn't work. She went above and beyond and got an associate, Manny to see if he could help because he has an android phone too. Unfortunately, he didn't have his cord with him that day. However, even Manny wasn't happy letting me leave without having that working. So he too went above and beyond and went inside and borrowed a cord from another associate. He came back out and transferred my data to the car and explained to me what kind of cord I needed to get and where I could purchase it. I went and purchased the cord he told me to get, and just like he told me, when I plugged my phone in, the maps and my music popped right up! Now that is great customer service! Thanks Robin and Manny for taking the time to explain the features of my car to me. It made me feel confident to drive out of the parking lot! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Robin at West Herr Honda in Lockport, NY. I got a Honda CR-V.
