I came in today, March 22, 2025 in morale support for my brother to get a new car. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the sales-rep, Nanci. Nanci was extremely professional, kind & very informative. Nanci did ALL that she could to make sure she accommodated my friend. Every question by my friend was answered timely and sufficiently. Bronx Honda really made my purchase easy. From initial phone call with PETER! things were smooth throughout the process. To be completely honest, I was expecting something to go south since everything seems to be going way too easy and smooth. Was waiting for other shoe to drop and run into issues. However, from initial conversation and securing a deal to picking up the car, everything was perfect. Even an hour+ drive was worth it. Peter was knowledgeable, reassuring and communicated well from start to finish. If I could, I would give him 6 stars actually. Ivan, from finance, also walked through numbers quick and efficient and explained every single line. Neither push any add-ons, extras, or hidden fees. All transparent to a T from what originally was agreed to. Whole process took about 2 hours at the dealership. Thank you both!
