Bianca made the car buy process so easy and stress-free! I like that she did not pressure me. After looking and test driving cars at different lots for a month the car buying process became daunting. She made it easy. I highly recommend asking for her when considering buy a car from here! If the review was just on her I would give it 5 stars. I gave it 4 stars because I did not like feeling pressure from the finance dept. It's okay to say no to the optional extra warranties. However I get it, they are in sales too and it's better for business the more they up sale you. Overall good experience! So far I love my CRV!
