We walked into Penske with no appointment and someone walked up to us right away. He was incredibly kind and helpful. We were able to look at multiple options of what we were looking for and test drive. The salesman was not pushy and we felt no pressure at all whatsoever. We got a print out of the carfax report and they were very good at answering questions. We could not be more happy with our experience there. We are so thankful we ended up there to buy our new vehicle.
