I wish I could give 10 stars! As soon as I walked in, Abdul was there. He introduced himself but most importantly, he gave me the space I needed to look alone without any hassle and he was still close enough to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond making sure I was in the car I wanted. He did his job as he was supposed to. I was in and out in just a few hours from start to finish. I bought my last Honda here and always a good experience but this time was far less hassle and a quick and easy process. Ask for Ahmed. He has a great attitude as well!!!
This was my first experience with the local Honda dealer. I mainly dealt with Cristian. He was very pleasant and helpful. They even provided shuttle service (thank you Derek and Debra) while my car was being looked at. Cristian had to order the part and he called me when it was in. My car was fixed in one afternoon. The service was great, everyone was very friendly. I'm very pleased with the customer service!
When you feel like the #1 customer over the phone and receive the same treatment in person, it speaks volumes. After my car was serviced, I received clear, detailed instructions of the work that was done; not just, “We took care of it,” and sent me on my way. The service manager was kind, polite and very professional.
