To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. I called less than a week prior to my appointment. I already knew of several things that needed fixing. And what they found fit with what I thought. The Service Manager Bob is absolutely amazing. Every single person I interacted with was polite and friendly. At no point did I feel like anyone doubted my knowledge of my own car, as so many shops judge women incompetent. I believe my service advisor was Samantha and she was amazing. I chatted with her about what I wanted done and she made sure that I knew what. Would be done that day. I have to drive 2+ hours to get there but it was absolutely worth the drive. As a bonus my driver side windshield wiper was fixed, and the engine was cleaned. I did not even know that it could be that clean.
