2026 Honda Ridgeline RTL AWD

We visited Dahl Automotive in Rhinelander as they had a 2023 Toyota Cross that I wished to test drive. Bradley Paddock, Sales Consultant, assisted us. We had made arrangements a few days prior to test drive the vehicle. Brad was very knowledgeable, friendly, and answered questions with professionalism. I never write reviews but this dealer deserves it. My salesman Patrick made the car buying process super fast and easy. The dealer doesn’t tack on unnecessary fees to the car, only necessary doc fees which is normal.

What should tell you the most about this dealership is the fact we drove 8 hours from Indianapolis, IN to purchase a vehicle. Now we were looking for a specific car (red Buick Cascada, low mileage) but we had offers on 4 vehicles with 2 only be 4 hours away. We spoke with Brad (salesperson) over the phone and explained where we were, what we were looking at and what I was willing to pay. He took my offer to Justin (sales manager) and we came to an agreement barring everything checked out upon our arrival. The car was as described and we were very happy with the whole process. I was nervous driving that far for a car, but Justin and Brad made the whole process so professional, upfront and non-pressure, I would not hesitate to drive up again if they have a car I’m looking for; honestly I may look to them first for my next vehicle!
