2026 Honda Ridgeline RTL AWD

After 3 decades or so of dealing with car dealerships, I kind of dreaded going here to look at a new Civic I had my eye on. In my experience, the car salesman stereotypes were unfortunately very accurate. But I have to say, I walked out of here with the car I came for, a pretty reasonable price for my trade, AND with them owing me money! I’m still in shock at not only having things go pretty much the way you’d wish, but also with the way I was treated overall. I dealt with Nick Detscher, and I have absolutely zero complaints. Nick was around when I needed him and left me alone when I wanted to be left alone. And he got me the deal I wanted basically. I also didn’t get any of the usual high pressure stuff trying to force unwanted extended whatever on me, and Nick and the other folks I interacted with all seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. They all took significant time to explain things as needed, and I got a great crash course on all the tech toys in my new car before I left. Nick is supposed to be ordering me some plugs for the holes in the front bumper where the unneeded license plate bracket is currently. We’ll see if he remembers to take care of that. But otherwise I had a great experience here, and I would return if the need arose.

I had such a great experience purchasing my first NEW car with everyone at this dealership. Chad Barger was able to source a hard-to-find color in the exact model and trim I wanted, was able to secure my preferred accessories, and was an overall pleasure to work with! He didn't make the negotiation phase painful or awkward and really helped fight for my trade in value.

Damien assisted with the final details and was very informative about additional warranties. I experienced top tier customer service and would recommend anyone in GA to travel to Woodstock to purchase their car!
