2026 Honda Ridgeline RTL AWD

We had a fantastic experience at this Honda! They diagnosed our van’s issue quick and addressed it quick, even though we were an emergency drop-in en route from Florida to Michigan! Our van full of kids appreciated the kids playroom and the snacks in the cafe, and the staff were so gracious and helpful. Thank you, Honda Decatur, for helping us get home from spring break!

I’d like to recognize Jason Propes and Gage Bailey . Mr.Propes sold me my 2024 Honda Civic which i absolutely love ! There were some complications when it came to financial and credit on my end but Mr.Propes went above and beyond to make sure i get my car . Mr.Propes made sure i didn’t settle for less and got the car that I wanted with every single feature i was looking for . He was an absolute amazing sales man i definitely recommend!!!!! When it came to the end and had to sign papers at finance with Mr.Bailey he was absolutely amazing as well . Signing paperwork can be confusing but he explained everything perfectly to where i could understand exactly what i was signing he helped make the process perfect and smooth . When i had to email Mr.Bailey he got back to me with in less than 5 minutes , very quick ! Both were very professional and outstandingly great i most definitely recommend!! I had an absolute great experience with Jason and Austin as they were very hands on during the process. They listened as to what I wanted, and placed me in the best situation, based on where I wanted my payments to be or could afford with my monthly budget. Overall, everyone was friendly and checking in with me and my daughter periodically.
