I had visited another dealership prior to coming here. The previous dealership was pulling high pressure sales tactics and made me feel disrespected so I walked out. On a whim I went to Honda. I worked with Scott and checked out a car that I immediately fell in love with. Our used vehicle was priced reasonably and they made sure it was in top condition before we left. The staff were all friendly and helpful--we especially liked Caitlin, who was our salesperson. Our rating is only 4 out of 5 because we had to wait an hour past our appointment time for the finance department to call us in and finalize the sale--and there was no apology from him for making us wait so long.
