i wish i would have started my car buying journey here! i went to several other dealers and left with disappointment in their ethics. i decided to stop by here after work one night and was so happy i did. noah was great! i was there for about an hour and returned the next morning to look at the car i wanted. we were done in two hours! this was by far the easiest and most pressure free car buying experience. noah answered all my questions and was super patient with us! 10/10 recommend for your next purchase.

To say we had a great experience at Flow Honda of Burlington is an understatement. They went above and beyond in so many ways helping our family buy a used CRV for our daughter. It was a surprise gift and they helped make it a very special day. From our first contact with Chris Jones and Sai Vang, we knew we were working with the right people. Sai was so knowledgeable about Hondas, and was responsive, professional and kept us in the loop at all stages of the purchase. To top it off, Daniel Aldaco made the scary part, the paperwork, a breeze for our daughter to understand, and he was kind and patient through the whole process, answering all of our questions while having a couple of laughs along the way. This location is very friendly. They treat you like you were at home. ???? Ken who works in service will keep you updated, and always has a smile on his face along with the rest of the staff. Very down to earth people. They fixed my brakes along with another service that I thought was going to take a long time I was in and out in an hour and a half. Amazing! I recommend this location to anyone! And the GM occasionally comes out to greet people very professional environment.
