Let’s start they will sell you a car in the dark that is a 2024 unwind with 5800 miles I have no problem with the unwind thing mark it as used I was there for 5 hours got home at midnight in the morning I noticed that the paint didn’t match on the left doors and rear bumper and the drivers door glass and drivers rear quarter glass was scratched bad called and went back to the dealership and they looked at it said some one would call back and I made multiple trips to the dealership with no results I fulfilled my obligation and made my last part of of my down payment But msrp 25500$ for a used car with damage and they don’t want to do anything about it The vehicle was repaired, and the window trims are falling off And these items are broken due to the repair not manufacturer defect so even if I went to another dealership, I could not get these parts replaced under warranty I’ve purchased 4 cars from Moss in the past toyota vw and Chevrolet always had any issues taking care of Honda will not even call me back If you Purchase a car from then make sure you do it in the daytime. I will not go to Moss Honda again. This is the worst experience I’ve had with Moss I guess once they have your money that’s it tell you to pound sand and that’s all …. Update the service manager did everything in his control to take care of the issues on my car took to the body shop replaced the glass and fixed the paint on the drivers side of the car I’m happy with the drivers side now unfortunately the body shop didn’t repaint the rear bumper I will have to handle that at my own expense not the dealerships fault there doing there job to there ability I know how that works what the boss says goes And anything beyond that is out of their control …..

Patrick and his partner ernie have been awesome! I was ready to purchase a new vehicle and they made the process simple with no hassle. They’re the reason I drove all the way from San Diego to purchase my new vehicle. I was very closed off as I didn’t have trust in care salesmen and afraid of getting taken advantage of, but these guys are the real deal! Thank you, I love my new vehicle!
