Phenomenal customer service! I can say that with my utmost sincerity after my used car purchase experience at Hillside Honda. I had been searching for a particular model vehicle and happened to find one that was a trade in at their used car lot. The online pricing was great so I decided to go down there and take a look for myself. That day was rainy and cold but I was greeted warmly by Alex who was my salesperson. He was patient and friendly, and answered all my questions that I had concerning the vehicle. After some time in the office I was able to agree on a deal with the options I wanted included, at a reasonable price. I placed a down payment that day as I was satisfied with the deal. Everything went smoothly after that during the following days as I assembled the required documents needed for my Financing. Although Alex was away the day I came to finalize the purchase, I was contacted and taken care of by Leo (another sales manager) who helped complete the transaction. I must say they have quite the sales team in that office! He was equally as friendly and helpful and was able to get me through the rest of the process that day smoothly. I ended up with a vehicle that I absolutely love and an experience that was memorable and awesome! Do yourself a favor and visit Hillside Honda for your new or used car needs. They’ve got friendly and experienced staff, great prices, and don’t hassle you with products or services that you aren’t interested in. You get exactly what you want, and an experience that’s worth your time and money. I highly recommend them!

The manager at Hillside Honda, Mr. Phillip Remy, was super patient and helpful. He explained what was going on with my car and was in contact with the technician to answer all of my questions. If you need to go to a Honda dealership, this one is definitely better than some of the other ones that I’ve been to.
