Had a great experience yesterday with Honda Pete and Chris. Pete is a great salesman, he took his time explaining features and answered every question we had. Just completed leasing a new CR-V Hybrid with Lia Honda. It literally could not have gone any smoother. We started the process online, which we had never done before, and it turned out to be a great option - probably saved us hours at the dealer. Our sales representative, Adam Marshall, was very easy to reach, super-friendly, and facilitated the whole process. Even the financial representative, Chris (forgot his last name), was easy to work with, and did not pressure us into any extras. By the way, their sales office is spotless and well-organized - far better than many upscale dealerships we have used before. I would recommend Lia in Brewster to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Oh, and the CR-V is really nice.
