Jerry at the service station helped me understand my Honda’s maintenance needs and basically told me I didn’t need to worry about getting an oil change for several more months even though I was prepared to just get it done that day. Most places would probably have just changed it in order to make a few bucks and added on some unnecessary air filter replacements to boot. Instead, I now know more about my vehicle’s specifications and have confidence that the people here are actually trying to look out for their customer’s best interests, a rare delicacy in our world.
