We just bought a 2023 Pilot and had a great experience. Our salesman Enrique was very knowledgeable with all of our questions and not at all high pressure. What a great experience at Classic Honda!!! We had a lease expiring and visited another Honda Dealer nearer to us. They played the game of salesman to manager and brought back offer after offer that were no where near what we were looking to spend. After the fifth visit back to the sales manager they came back with their FINAL OFFER STAMPED ON THE PAPER. It was so ridiculous that we told the salesman we were leaving. We arrived at Classic Honda and were greeted by Matt. We explained that we were exploring our lease end options and the vehicle that we were looking at. He promptly brought a car around similar to the one that we had looked at at the previous dealer. We also asked him about other cars with different packages and he brought a second car around for us to compare side by side. He then had our current car appraised and returned with our offer for the trade and options for each of the two vehicles we looked at. To make a long story a bit shorter, their offer and cost of new vehicle was straightforward and no back and forth haggling. We selected a purchase option that was less than the other dealers best FINAL OFFER with no money down for the upgraded vehicle. Needless to say that they have a customer for life and we will never visit the other dealer. Matt was the best, our kudos and thanks to him for making our replacing our car experience the best.
