Top notch in every way!! The staff are all knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I always get right in. The intake and waiting area are clean, there is plenty of seating with TV, complimentary food and drinks, plus vending machines. If that isn’t enough, there is a free shuttle to take you anywhere you want to go in town while your vehicle is being serviced. I never stress about going to the Honda service department because I know I will have a good experience.
I came in expecting it to take 1 hour or more to get 2 new keys cut and program one of them to my 2008 civic ex coupe, and it only took Them around 30-35 min. Great customer service and super nice people, and affordable. 10/10 must recommend.
