The service was excellent right from the start. Rosanne was absolutely terrific with her explanation of the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way. She made this service visit a great experience and the vehicle was repaired a lot faster then i expected. This was my first visit there and now i feel confident that I have found the right place to service my vehicle. She is truly an asset to this company. I give her a 100 +++. We worked with Evan. He was exemplary. I've had many interactions with dealerships and I was dreading another, Evan made all that dread needless.
