On a road trip from Colorado to Iowa, my Subaru broke down and stranded me in the middle of Nebraska. I was sure my trip was over and I would need to catch a bus home. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were plenty of reliable cars in my price range at Pony Express and I was easily able to get financed. They got me a great deal on a great ride and saved me a trip home. They got me into a very nice 2021 Chevy Malibu, and the buying process went great. They sold it to me at the list price, no hidden fees, and took a few bucks off for some superficial damage and a cracked windshield. It’s easily the nicest car I’ve owned. I couldn’t be happier with the car I came home with and the excellent customer service. Edit: I attached photos of the vehicle they got me into. This is a wonderful little car. The body and hail damage is my own doing, and was not present at time of purchase. There was literally a tornado the day after I pursued the vehicle.

Tannor and everyone at Pony Express truly went over and above. We were in a tight spot, and they not only delivered a vehicle to us in Lincoln but also picked up our car that needed service/warranty work. Incredible customer service — they’ve earned our business for life.
