It is my absolute pleasure to write a 5 star review for Josh Castillo (Internet Sales Manager) and Wesley Copeland (Finance Director). My experience at Tampa Honda was worth the 2.5 hour trip simply due to their honesty, efficiency, and professionalism. After a miserable purchase in Miami last summer, I bought a 2013 Honda Pilot and trusted Josh and Wesley's transparency and eagerness to offer all they knew about this vehicle so I could make an informed decision. Ahead of my drive to Tampa for the test drive, I requested walk around videos of the Pilot as well as a clear video of the undercarriage, frame, and wheel wells. Josh sent videos in a matter of hours and the seamless car buying process had begun. When I arrived at the dealership, the Pilot was ready for the test drive and Josh was open and honest every step of the way. Upon pick up a couple days later, the Pilot was detailed, had a fresh oil change, and immediately drove 2.5 hours home with no problems. Again, thank you so much, Josh.
