Cardinal Honda always has great service with a smile! I found out I had a recall on my new Honda Pilot. The process was so seamless. Melissa came out to greet me. She took my information. I was only waiting about 40 minutes and then she let me know the car was ready! I always recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. From the sales team to service, everyone is so kind and professional and gets things done efficiently and accurately!

I had a scheduled appointment at 8:30 on a Saturday morning for an extended warranty regarding the air conditioner condenser and fuel pump. My car was put in the work bay immediately and I was told 3-4 hrs. Long story, short, I didn't get my car back until 5pm when they were closing for the day! Luckily I didn't need the car, however it was an unexpected inconvenience for the person giving me a ride back to the dealership and not being able to secure an estimated time frame for them. I am pleased with the work.
