Salesman, KEVIN WISNIEWSKI, at West Herr Acura, provided OUTSTANDING customer service!! I became a new customer having called this dealership to see if a vehicle was still in stock. By the luck of the draw, Kevin answered the phone. He gave me a surprisingly good trade-in value for my 2108 Buick Encore. So good in fact, I didn’t counter. Kevin’s salesmanship was fantastic! Zero pressure! He was the epitome of professionalism. Three weeks later I returned and purchased two more vehicles. My entire interaction with this dealership, salesman and finance manager was so very fantastic!
