Well this might have been my easiest car buying experience in 35 years. And considering the supply chain issues, chip shortage, and Covid issues, this was a welcomed relief to several other dealers out there who were plain awful to try to buy from. Tyler in sales could not have been better to work with, Chris in finance even made it easier by using some great tech to e-sign all my documents remotely since I was coming from Chicago to buy my car, and finally Paul, the sales manager, was great to work with too - everyone was super straight forward and helped to make the buying process easy - and considering I had already had some nasty surprises with two dealers close to home, I was relieved to be able to work with such a professional dealership. I wouldn't be surprised if I worked with these guys again in the future, they are worth the 300 mile trip.

Quick and quality service. My technician was on time for my appointment, he was very professional and courteous. I was in and out in just over 1 hour for a full inspection, oil change, and tire balance and rotation. He also went above and beyond to answer some of my car maintenance questions.

Jeffrey Acura service department sets the bar when it comes to dealers. They are what every dealership should strive for when it comes to customer service and taking care or the customer. Brian is a true asset to Jeffrey automotive and sets a great example of how service writers should be. I'll sum it up with this; I drive from Grand Blanc to use this service department. Even for an oil change. They are a TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPARTMENT
