2026 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

I had a GREAT experience at Smail Acura this weekend! Alec was wonderful to work with through the entire process. He wasn't pushy at all and really listened to every detail that I was looking for in a vehicle. When I told him I was interested in other brands, he helped facilitate seeing those vehicles too which was a huge convenience. Ultimately, I decided on the Acura RDX (which is my first Acura) and couldn't be happier with my decision. Alec, Joe, Anthony and Nick made this one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership!

Smail Acura always makes us feel like valued customers. We have never had an issue to date with high pressured sales tactics, and the service department equally treats you great. We'd like to give a shout out to Cameron in service and John H. in sales. We know there are certainly more awesome folks working here, but these are the 2 we have had the most contact with, and they are great. We hope to continue to use Smail Acura for all of our Acura needs. We have ran into other dealerships in the past who will give you a good deal, but then next time try to beat you over the head. We hope to not have that experience here, and honestly don't anticipate it. If you're in the market for an Acura or great used vehicle give this place a chance!

He was honest, he values what he does, he wasn’t a pushy sales man, he didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want. He actually listened and acknowledged me. A lot of salesman try to up-sale, and they’re real demanding, but John isn’t. John is real personable, and makes the car buying process painless. And Anthony from the finance department made the out of state process easy too! All good experience. Go to Smail! You won’t be disappointed :)
