A while back I brought my car to the service department and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I walked in Jaime (service department rep) immediately helped me which my situation. I had a rodent that had made its way into my a/c vent system and died. The smell was horrendous?. I explained everything to the service rep and with no hesitation he took my vehicle in to start getting it serviced. They were able to find the rodent and clean out the vent system. A full a/c system deep clean was done on my car including an air filter change. It took about 1 day to complete the service but I couldn’t be happier with the result. My car smelled like it was brand new. Given the urgency and everything they did, the service charge was under what I expected. I was given courtesy calls to let me know of everything that was going on throughout the service process. I’m very happy to be an Acura owner. Highly recommend Acura of San Juan ??

Took my car for its first oil change and the service that is provided at Acura is amazing. Thank you to all the staff and specially Carlos Reyes for setting everything up for me. I forgot my service advisor name but she was amazing. She called to remind me day before and a few hrs before my service. She made sure I would not forget. Thank you all for the great service.
