2026 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

My car was completed in a timely fashion and my service advisor, Mike G, went over everything before the service and after. He is GREAT!! (The best part was my bill was less than anticipated!) BWA Service Dept is the BEST!! The best people! Everyone is so nice and accommodating! I recommend coming to them! Even if they’re out of the way, you won’t be disappointed!

This is the best Service Department I have experienced in 46 of driving! These guys look out for me. Kelly, my service advisor, is elite! John, the service manager, always works with me and makes sure I'm satisfied. The technicians, especially Richard, are very engaging. Eddie, Kyle, Niko and the others in the check-in treat me very well. I sometimes wonder if everyone in the department believes I'm royalty ???? ??

I've been here a few times and each time I was treated a very high level of care. My service rep, Kelly, was excellent in working with me on having my car serviced, repairs completed in a timely manner. Made the loaner process much smoother then I had ever experienced at any other location. I would highly recommend this dealer for servicing your vehicle.
