Amazing service friendly staff very helpful. Salesman and finance manager helped professionally through my car buying experience . I truly recommend Thomas Acura a great dealership for auto buying experience. I have always been reluctant and concern about buying a used car from any dealer due to past bad experience but team here , Kai sent me complete information step by step via text and that put me in ease to travel 45 miles to visit the dealership. Once i got there Jordon respectfully received me and my son since Kai was off that day. This was my son’s first purchase on his own and Ryan was so kind and helpful to him and my self by having great patience in finalizing the deal with credit union. That took almost 5 hours. I finally picked up my car the next day and the new team was amazing as well. I am pleased 10 stars for Thomas Acura.

Literally love this dealership. I love the service team, parts and office. They work great together. Mark and Allan are my two favorites as well as Ruben and Alex in the parts department. So sufficient and always tell you the truth. If you need service ask for Mark and Allan. Also Darlene gabby in the business office are the greatest ladies. Always friendly and such a joy to talk too.
