I had the most hassle free outstanding experience with Acura of the Desert today. Was bouncing around local dealerships in Orange Co. only to be hit with markups, mandatory accessories with outrageous markups and just a horrible slimy experience thus far. What a breath of fresh air from Acura of the Desert, contacted them and got a no nonsense quote and upfront about everything. Great, I was set and decided I was going to buy the car, but needed a ride; Acura of the Desert comes through again with providing an Uber ride from Orange Co. Once I got there it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Oscar my salesman was upfront, honest, and just a pleasure to work with. Ted P. the finance person was also just a delightful person and made the experience that much better. Provided insight not just into the car but taught me a few valuable things outside of car buying. I had such awful experiences trying to buy this car from other Acura dealerships in SoCal and just glad that there is still an Acura dealership around that is honest and not trying to pull the rug from under you. Fantastic experience and job Acura of the Desert!

I went in for maintenance on my acura after making an appointment online since they never answer the phone (I called for a month) . My appointment didn't go through the online system either but they were still kind enough to look at my car anyway. I found out that my car needed more work than it was worth. At that point I had been there with my three kids for 6 hours. I asked if it could be traded in and the whole sales staff came over to cater to us. Oscar sent one guy out to get the only car on the lot close to what I already had ready for us (even with them closing soon) and then went and got my kids some food. Buying a car is a long proccess. The team was so nice about letting us come back because six hours with three kids is already a nightmare. They could see I was exhausted. Since live an hour away they did not want us driving all the way home in my old car that was falling apart. They let me take the new car for the night to get them all home and I was able to bring it back the next morning to finish the purchase. Since today was a weekend there was no detailing crew to make my new car pretty, Oscar in sales detailed it for us! The team here made me feel cared for. Everyone was so sweet and helped as much as they could. I wish every dealer was like this!

Purchasing a car at Acura of the Desert was the best experience! Being a car geek, I've  purchased A LOT of cars, suv's and trucks. It has never been so seamless and easy. These people are genuinely kind and helpful. Oscar went above and beyond to get me in to a car that is perfect for me at a price that blew the competition away. My story was unfortunate in that my other car was lemoned with a different auto maker who then did not honor their promises. I am so happy to be a new member of the Acrua family. I cannot recommend them enough! ??????????
