2026 Acura RDX Technology Package SH-AWD

My experience with the people working at Acura of Stockton has always been nothing less than excellent with the service department. Gene, Nick, and Curtis are men to go to. I scheduled my appointment with Gene this time, but since he would be out the day I was dropping off and picking up my car, he let me know that I would be working with Nick. As you can see, their communication with the customer was exceptional. The moment I dropped my car off when I picked it up, I knew my car was in good hands. Nick was responsive and reassured me everything I discussed with Gene would be addressed. Huge kudos to Nick for being understanding and patient with me. To top it off, it helped that I got text messages while they had my vehicle. Way to go, service team for helping me feel better while my car was being tended to because of that darn recall made me anxious. I must add that the service technician, Tony, was awesome, too. I had questions about the work done, and he came in to help me understand the work performed because of the rods. I appreciate all their hard work and professionalism. You found a loyal customer with me.

Possibly the easiest, fastest, and arguably the best deal we've ever had on a new car in the 40+ years we've been buying cars. Granted, it was early on a Monday morning and this RDX was likely a vehicle they really wanted to sell considering it had been in stock for a while, but that doesn't always mean that a sale will go this smoothly. Kudos to Jeremy and Steve for a great experience, and without the pressure you find at so many dealers. I highly recommend Acura of Stockton if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Greeted with a smile. Was concerned about my concerns and did a complete diagnostic of my car to find the problem. Work done in a timely manner. Explained everything so i understood and what was done!!! Thanks Stockton Acura for your excellent Team and service!!
