Will Smith and the Park Place team are my heroes. I had a flat on the Tollway near Costco, so I was towed there. No problem, I thought. No problem until I realized I didn’t have my wheel lock thing. I had no idea what to do. I tore up my car looking for it. It was after hours, but David, the sales manager made my problem their problem. First thing the next morning, he sent Will to my rescue with a box of locks. Will went through every single one until he found the right one, and Park Place ensured I had one of my own so that this won’t happen again.
