2026 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

Say what you want about the cost of repair from a dealer, working with Cody and Sammy make it worth it. Cody is my primary advisor and will legit jump through any hoop to best serve me. Fair and honest pricing, always providing me a loaner, and even making warranty claims speedy. I cannot speak highly enough of Cody and would encourage ownership to promote him to make Flow Acura a better place.

Sammy was as honest as possible and looked me in the eye and said, 'hey man I get where you're coming from, but this was not the intent let me explain it all. Here's how everything went, and how we arrived at this confusion and why'. When Sammy sat in the vehicle and saw things where still not right, he offered the first available and said 'bring it back and we'll try to fix it'. Thanks to the team mentioned offering the following three things I completely shifted to a role of grace and appreciation, instead of defense, for this Acura team: transparency, honest communication, and solutions. Jason acted as a customer lesion and called me offering solutions and resolve. Jason acknowledged that my issue shed light on a problem, and he faced it head on and said, let's do what it takes, within reason, to make this right. He wants his team to be successful and the to help the customer. Please accept this as my genuine appreciation for all your work, and again for going the extra mile to make things right. I'm happy to report that my vehicle was returned yesterday fully operational with no fault codes. Sammy even went the extra mile and had my oil changed since it was time, a very nice touch. Cherry on top, I got my Acura ILX looking and smelling brand new, and clean thanks to Jason Everyone who worked on my ILX at Flow Acura needs to be esteemed very highly for their work's sake. I am at peace, and you need to acknowledge yourselves and be at peace in the middle of your busy days, look at your team member and say "hey man, I see you, good job". We must be patient with all, customers and co-workers. Thank you for pursuing what is good both for yourselves and for all.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with flow Acura over the past three years. They have a service where they pick up my car while I am at work which is very helpful. Most recently I had a gas line that broke and was leaking gas. They were kind enough to give me a loaner car while we waited on the part since it was on back order. Excellent customer service with text updates and nice/competent staff. Sammy was great during this gas leak process and so was Cody.
