2026 Acura RDX A-Spec Package SH-AWD

Great experience. Simple and easy routine maintenance service appointment without the typical “dealer up charge” sales pitch. They were gracious in honoring another dealer’s special offer and definite bonus to have the car delivered upon completion of service. A+++

I utilized the pickup/drop off service for an oil change and I was truly impressed. The process was easy and throughly explained by Davon and Beatriz. Griselda, Heike, Davon, and Beatriz were all wonderful to work with and answered all questions I had. I was also offered a multi-point inspection and videos were sent of my car. My only negative would be that my appointment time was at 10am for pick up and it was dropped off at 3:30 (so you could be without your car for most of the day). For my schedule, it was a convenient service. I will be back for future services!

Excellent service! My coordinator Jackie was the best. She worked with me on pricing and was so helpful every step of the way. She even sent me a video of what was wrong with my car so I could see for myself what needed to be repaired. I'm so glad Acura is local. Great job Acura.
