What an effortless transaction for this lease return and into a new lease. Prices were good, the amount they paid for our return was fantastic. Nick Ury and Ed from finance are top notch people. Thank you so much.
Excellent experience with David who was the salesperson for this transaction. He was so sweet & made me feel so comfortable. He got straight to the point & didn't waste my time. He didn’t mind explaining things to me & was not pushy. Very happy with my purchase & I Love my new car. Thank you David!!!
Waited a year for a replacement ignition fob to be replaced. It was relatively expensive. The service writer Sheena took the situation and did a good job of explaining. She was personable and a pleasure to work with. When she was away from her desk I wondered if it was the culture of the organization or her way of handing things that helped the situation. So I put it to the test. I asked the other two writers how they were doing and a little idle chit chat. I didn’t get the same response. Not that they did anything wrong, but It was her unique personality that made things go smoothly. I received my new fob with a big smile and that took the pain of the price away. I gladly signed the work completion order and went about my way. That type of personal customer satisfaction is the driver of service oriented operations. If she sold cars for the dealership, she would be #1.
