2026 Acura RDX Advance Package SH-AWD

The whole crew at Tim Smith Acura was awesome! I had been looking for a 2017 or 2018 BMW M2 for months. All the dealerships nationwide I tried to do business with had either terrible customer service or basically none at all. I made it known I was ready to buy the car and it’s as if I had to talk them into selling it to me. I’ve been in sales and consulting for a decade and have run multiple businesses, and the lack of effort from all these different sales people was pathetic. Fast forward to Karen at Tim Smith Acura…Karen and I started our conversation in the morning, negotiated price on the M2 and the trade value for my M5 and had a verbal agreement and deposit put down by close that same day. I made the trip up to the dealer from 6hrs south in Tampa a day later and was in and out with ease. Ben, the General Sales Manager was more than accommodating as well to make sure the deal happened and get me within the numbers on the car I needed. My hats off to them both. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore. I will definitely be working with them again in the future for more vehicles. Thank you guys!

Karen with the Sales Team is the best. She was high energy, but not the least officious. I called the dealership to ensure the vehicle I wanted to test drive was still in stock. She quickly verified that it was and ensured the car was ready for our arrival. From the moment she answered the phone, during the test drive, and after the purchase, she displayed excellent customer service and ensured we were treated well.
