2025 Acura RDX A-Spec w/ Advance Package SH-AWD

Oil change said to take 2 hours. They sent text while waiting with problems needing attention but text not received. Service guy stepped away ( for an hour) and only now referred me to the text which I had read and signed and sent which he didn't receive. Says car wash will take 30 minutes, really? Very disappointed.

I have been a customer for a few years now, and have always had good experiences. Brianna has been awesome. Unfortunately, life changed and I’m in a tough spot. She has been diligently helping and answering my stupid questions as I navigate through this rough patch. Even if it doesn’t work out, when I’m ready I’m coming back here. Thank you Brianna

I actuallly didn’t buy my car from Courtesy, but I definitely will next time after how they took care of me with my RDX repairs. Jack in service, made me feel very appreciated, I knew my car was in good hands. They booked me my Uber both after I dropped it off to go home, and then again to go pick it up.
