2026 Acura RDX A-Spec w/ Advance Package SH-AWD

Tyler is very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I asked. He is a great salesman period. If you have a question and he doesn't know he looks it up right then and finds the answers. Most people just say we'll find out not him, he WILL find out. Highly recommend! My parents were so impressed they are going to have him help them with their car search. Paul Burke is absolutely wonderful! He is so friendly and makes you feel at ease. Buying a car is a very intimidating process, and he was there from the start with a smile and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly with a honest and straight answer. We have bought two newer cars off of him in the last few months, a Ford truck and a Subaru SUV and he has made both experiences as easy as they could be. After the first experience and transaction we knew we didn’t want to go anywhere else when looking the second time around. Having my first car loan on a such a nice vehicle and owning such a nice vehicle in general was extremely scary to me, but I feel like he did everything he could in the weeks prior to the purchase to help break it all down for me and give us all of the info for all the options available to us. He didn’t rush us into buying something and gave us plenty of time and space to test drive different trucks and suvs while deciding which one was the right fit for our family. We appreciate him so much! So far everything has been smooth sailing and I have not one complaint with Paul. We love our new vehicles. Serra Auto Park is lucky to have him representing them in my opinion. When it came time to make the purchase the financial advisor called around and got me the best interest rate that she could. I will definitely be back in the future to do business with him and Serra when we are in need of an upgrade. ????

My experience with Mike at Serra Auto Park was great. He seemed to very transparent and honest throughout the process and, while we waited, he was an awesome conversationalist. I also appreciated that he didn't come off pushy while not hesitating to offer his expertise. Everyone else at the dealership seemed genuinely joyful to be there. The next time I am buying a car (hopefully in 10+ years) I will reconsider going back here. It has been about 3 months since I have had my vehicle and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my choice. Sometime after my purchase, Mike followed up to be sure that everything was satisfactory with the vehicle and that seemed pretty cool to me. 10/10 recommend.
