Wow. The overall professionalism and customer service is second to none. Kareem and manager Steven were extremely helpful for my purchase. I had driven 3 hours to come to this specific Acura dealership and I am glad I did. While up here I went to 2 other dealerships and they were a joke compared to the service at Hendrick Acura Southpoint. Kareem was patient with my decision, and I realized it’s worth staying with Acura… more specifically, Hendrick Acura!! Thanks again Kareem!!!!! You are the man!

We just purchased our MDX from Ziad, Rilwan and Kareem. We had nothing short of a great buying experience! The team listened to what we were looking for, guided us in the right direction, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Additionally, since this was an Acura CPO, there was some light wear and tear inside. Ziad was able to replace the light wear to the plastics at no charge to us - another example of great customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure the car was perfect for pick up day, too. We will be returning customers. Highly recommend!
