By the luck of the draw, Kevin answered the phone. He gave me a surprisingly good trade-in value for my 2108 Buick Encore. So good in fact, I didn’t counter. Kevin’s salesmanship was fantastic! Zero pressure! He was the epitome of professionalism. Three weeks later I returned and purchased two more vehicles.
