Purchased a used Honda Accord. Ken was great with the negotiations. Didn't try and overwhelm after I said no to the extras. Test drive was thorough. This would be 5 stars if it didn't take over 3 hours to buy a car. Ridiculous. Finance officer Mike could use some help on business etiquette and FTC rules. I might take action but your team we're mostly helpful. Love the car so far. Thanks
