I visited Pugmire Lincoln on Tuesday March 19, for an emergency service. Certain signal lights came on that needed immediate attention. As soon as I got there, although I did not have an appointment, Bob took care of me immediately. I was checked in and offered a complimentary ride home by Nico while they diligently worked to diagnose my vehicle's condition. I received a call about 3 hours later from Bob and he let me know I had a faulty battery switch and needed a battery replacement, and that all parts were available to address it the same day. I was immediately relieved that my car wouldn't have to be in the shop for an extended period of time. The price was upfront and I even got an oil change and wiper blade replacement. I received another complimentary pick up the next morning from Nico, who was as kind and gracious as ever. I was able to pick up my vehicle and pay pretty smoothly and upon entering my car I was delighted to find I received a complimentary car wash and interior clean! Although I bought my vehicle from this location, I hadn't been back in a while because I lived pretty far from it. That has changed and with this exceptional service, I will put my trust in them for all my car needs moving forward. Thank you Pugmire Lincoln for taking care of me!
