I'm normally not one to sit down and take the time to write a review, but let me tell you.. the guys over at Gray-Daniels Ford Lincoln inspired me. Eddie Franklin (Sales Manager) and Ryan Sclater (Used Sales) deserve a round of applause from my team an I because of the poise and professionalism they carried through our experience. It all started with a phone call in which I was connected directly with Eddie, he was not pushy to sell a car at all.. in fact he was just pushy to make a friend. He asked about my needs and budget and told me he would set me up with someone in the used department. Moments later I got a call from Ryan who was my kind of guy, quick and to the point. After telling Ryan about our situation he acted quickly and found exactly what I was looking for in my price range. We drove 3 hours from Baton Rouge, LA the next day because I felt like these guys were honest and professional. Honesty goes a long way with me, especially when making a big purchase. When we arrived we were greeted by Eddie and soon after Ryan pulled up in the new truck. They made us feel at home and we left feeling happy and like that dealership stands far above the rest when it comes to customer satisfaction. Next time I'm in the market I will be making the trip to see them again. Thanks Grey-Daniels!

Brandon was great and helped us get a truck!! Was on point when we asked a question and talked to us like we was family!! I promise you would never go wrong going and getting him to help you and miss cat!! They are a great team!! Will for sure be going back for an another vehicle!!
