The finance manager had to be one of the most pleasant and professional managers we had dealt with in a long time. She was one of the best I have delt with. We will most certainly be purchasing from there again. If you are looking for no pressure experience and want to be treated like a person go there. They listen to what you want and make it happen period. Other dealerships that we had went to was high pressure did not care what you had to say. They only cared about making the most profit. My husband and I purchased a Navigator last week. Our transition was super smooth and no 10k mark up in the sticker like Cadillac did. John was my original sales man and he was very nice. Bob was the sales guy who took over for him during the purchase day. He was fabulous!! Adrian the manager was great and also Bob in finance.
