I’ve been a parts and service customer at AV Ford for decades but never a sales customer. I just could not make a deal on a Truck until just recently. I can honestly say all of the not so positive interactions I’ve had in the past with the sales dept are totally wiped away after just recently purchasing a 2021 F350.
