Purchased a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus over the weekend. Rex was our salesman and he did a great job explaining the features and making sure we were happy! We went back Friday evening and Josh helped us with financing and did our paperwork. He was very friendly and efficient. The whole process went very smoothly. I took my car back up the next week to have some dealer work done to it (the protective coating and antimicrobial interior coating as per Josh's recommendation) and Rex had a loaner vehicle ready to go for me. I needed some help installing a car seat base in the loaner and Dan was right there ready to jump in and even took the time to show me how to do it myself for the future! When we got back to pick up my car, Dan helped make the transition again! Rex, Josh, and Dan made our Courtesy Lincoln experience fantastic. I would definitely purchase another vehicle again knowing this team was behind me. I truly feel that they treated us as family. I look forward to working with them again in the future!
