I had a good experience at Green Lincoln. It was a pleasure working with Andrew, Bob and John, all very helpful, very knowledgeable and very customer friendly. After, almost 30 years of driving nothing but a Lexus, I purchased a new Nautilus. Oh I went to the Lexus Dealership but found that their attitude toward their customers had drastically changed. We had always been treated like royalty when they were in Kernersville. I was treated very rudely by the sales manager, so I left there, drove less than a mile away and found a much different atmosphere….and that is where I purchased my car. My husband passed away almost 3 years ago and this was the 1st time I had purchased a vehicle without him. It was a little overwhelming, but I have to say, the team at Green Lincoln made the experience so easy, with no pressure….and for that, I sincerely thank them. (By the way, they gave me a much better trade for my Lexus than the Lexus dealership did.)
After a very disheartening service experience at Parkway Lincoln in my hometown of Lexington, I called Kevin at Green Lincoln 35 miles away from me. Kevin Scheduled my Navigator along with a loaner car. I dropped the navigator and picked up a beautiful Continental to drive while my transmission was worked on. The problem was diagnosed, parts ordered, and fixed in just a couple days over a holiday week too! Kevin kept in touch along the way and even rewashed my car when he noticed a bird ???? used it after they had washed it. After a a really bad experience at one dealership making me even question buying the brand again, Kevin and the team at Green Lincoln exceeded our expectations and truly exemplified the “Lincoln Experience” that was sold to us when we purchased the Navigator. Thank you Kevin and the staff. We will see you again..
