We purchased a 2020 Navigator from Jonathan Mitchell at Parks. He was easy to work with, and patient as we test drove several vehicles. We liked his no pressure approach. The dealership is very nice, and everyone is friendly. Jonathan's after sale availability for questions has been excellent as well.
Overall a good experience. The whole process took longer than it should have but I appreciate that when we got to actually buying the car all folks involved took all the time we needed to get our questions answered. Everyone was good natured and friendly. The salesman wanted to sell us a car - not unlike others - just be aware that this is their mode of operation.
