Chuck Greenlee is the best salesman. No pressure to buy after going 4 times. The service department took great care of my Bronco sport. But I traded for an Explorer and love it. I love their attitude and Terri in finance is fun to work with. I truly feel like I got a great deal. And most importantly that they care. I noticed a very minor defect day 2 and John Powell the General Sales Manager and Kevin in the collision center are wonderful hooking me up with getting it fixed. If this kind of service in the sales dept and service dept keep up, they have a customer for life.

Thanks to Chuck and Terri, I got my dream car and the process was SO simple and honestly even enjoyable during the actual purchase which I’d never experienced buying a car before! Extremely fair deal, respect for my limitations, full explanation on all details, and everyone was just so incredibly kind! I didn’t for one second feel as though I was being tricker or conned as you sometimes feel at a dealership in my experience. This was just hands down the best. Thank you all SO much, I am so happy!

We really enjoyed working with our salesman, Ron Johnson. He helped us in ‘22 when we purchased our F350 diesel truck and again this year when we needed to replace our Lincoln after it was totaled from a rear end collision. The dealership had a lot to choose from. The weather was poor and raining the day we had time to shop, and we appreciate Ron’s knowledge and service in gathering the keys of all the models we were considering. We ultimately decided on the ‘25 Ford Explorer ST and are loving it so far!
