2026 Lincoln Navigator

My husband and I drove from the Houston area last week to pick up a new Navigator. Nick O'Neill was our salesman. He always communicated with us and had everything ready when we arrived. He let us drive and check out everything before we signed the papers. Leon helped us with our financial paperwork and warranties. He was such an outgoing guy with a great personality. Any questions or concerns we had, he answered with a smile on his face. They helped us set up our Lincoln app before leaving and answered any questions we had. When we got home and were able to look over the car a little better, we noticed some paint chipped off on the passenger door. We sent Nick a picture and he told us that was something they'd definitely fix for us. They even drove a loaner vehicle to our house 2 1/2 hours away to pick up my car and leave us the loaner. Mike was the driver and he was a great guy as well. We have honestly had a great experience with Covert Lincoln! I'd recommend all the people we worked with to anyone. ** Before buying from them I did look at the reviews and was a little apprehensive. I'm glad I didn't let that scare me away from buying from them.**

I’ve always been a shopper from a certain caliber of dealerships. Sewell, Audi, BMW, etc. The Covert dealership is not going to be a “pinkies up” dealership. No fancy coffee machines or private lounges. However, my experience was good people working hard together to over deliver for me. I purchased a new Lincoln Aviator from Mike Dixon. Mike kept me out of the dealership, personally delivered vehicles to my home for drives. I’ll take that service over luxury dealerships all day. Mike is very experienced & educated with his products. The team at Covert under the direction of Wesley Newman went above and beyond when I contacted and went in for a repair. The communication and frequent updates were exceptional, I always knew what was happening and with a timeframe. Highly recommend!
