TBL continues to impress with the service experience, well after the excellent sales experience. Appointments are easy to make, and when I do want to drive out to see the new dealership and cars, I’m impressed by the attentiveness of staff. After servicing, my Lincoln is cleaned before being returned to me, and I can leave knowing the work was done correctly as requested.

Super responsive, really did a great job getting me the vehicle that I wanted. Went out of her way to make sure, she found a vehicle that fit my needs and my wife’s preferences. I feel like I got a good deal on both the outdoor price and financing. I would definitely use them again when I’m in the market for my second Lincoln.
